1.Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.
2.Items must be unworn, unused, stain-free, with all safety seals unbroken.
3. Final Girl Cosmetics does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
4.Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received.
5.No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for the return of unused products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.(Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue refund.
We may request to see a photo or video showing the damage to your item(s).
Once the damage has been verified, we will give you the choice of a refund or a replacement item.
Please contact us within 24 hours after your order if you would like to cancel your order. We will check the package delivery status and get back to you as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Final Girl Cosmetics will not refund or provide or store credits for your returns.
